Shipping Policy

Order processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

Dispatch and tracking Once your order has been dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–4 business days to update after dispatch as the carrier scans your parcel into its network.

Estimated delivery times Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days from the date of dispatch. Some items ship from our international fulfilment partners, so transit times can vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing. Most UK orders arrive within this window; during peak periods or customs inspections, delivery can occasionally take longer. Delivery time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs and import International shipments may pass through customs in the destination country, which can add time to delivery. Any import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays Carrier delays, customs holds, weather, and peak seasonal volume can affect delivery times and are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Delivery address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or non-delivered parcels If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at mymehrsupport@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution.
