Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some MEHR products are available as an optional monthly subscription. One-time purchase is always the default; a subscription only applies if you actively select "Subscribe & Save."

If you start a subscription, you will be charged the amount shown at checkout today, and it will automatically renew at the stated price every month until you cancel.

How to cancel: You can cancel anytime, with no fees and no need to email or call us. Either use the "Manage Subscription" link in our website menu or footer, or go directly to your account portal at https://account.mymehr.com. Sign in, open your subscription, and select Cancel. Cancellations take effect before your next billing date as long as they're made at least 24 hours before that date.

Refunds: All orders are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us and we'll make it right.
